The first step in the Conklin roofing system’s process is removing the years of grime, chemicals, dirt, bird feces, and whatever else calls a roof home. This is accomplished by 4000psi water and a specially formulated roof cleaning/etching solvent that is scrubbed into the roofing membrane loosening debris and preparing the surface for step 2.

Now that the roof is cleaned and etched, the entire roof is primed starting with the seams which are given extra attention.

Once priming is completed, each seam is coated in the highest-grade elastomeric acrylic base coat. This provides higher elasticity and product thickness over the vulnerable seams.

While the elastomeric acrylic base coat is still wet, Kevlar reinforced woven fabric is laid down on each seam and then a second layer of base coating is applied. This creates an encased and fully seamless Kevlar reinforced roof.

The final step to roof restoration is the Conklin elastomeric acrylic top coat that is sprayed at the rate of 2 gallons minimum per square. Top coat encases the entire roof creating a seamless impenetrable roof system.

You will receive a PDF and printed copy of the report with a general overview section and a detailed overview section. In addition it will include up to 100 pictures all detailed with captions explaining what is being presented.
Each roof component will be scored 1-10 based on the average roof of your type and be given a service schedule.
In addition all leaks will be traced using thermal imaging and the results included in our comprehensive report.
